In 1957, Robert Dumas created this iconic Hermes design with Hugo Grygkar by arranging two bridles side by side, resulting in a scarf of elegant simplicity that honours the Maison's heritage in saddlery. The design on this scarf is one of the first ever scarves by Hermes and therefore holds a huge amount of Hermes heritage. This version in a black and ivory colourway is an absolute classic.
This piece has been meticulously mounted onto a three-part fabric backing, with a silk top layer. The scarf has been professionally pressed, invisibly hand-stitched and expertly framed.
