Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Framed Silk Scarf. Each piece is carefully framed, packed, and delivered with the utmost care—but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns – UK Orders

We offer free returns and exchanges within the UK for up to 30 days after delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@framedsilkscarves.com. Our Customer Service Team will arrange a collection from your address at a convenient time.

There’s no need to post anything back yourself—we’ll handle everything. We simply ask that:

  1. The item is in its original condition
  2. It’s securely packed in the original packaging and ready for collection

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns requested more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us at info@framedsilkscarves.com.

If you’d like to receive your replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. We will then arrange a collection of the original piece and deliver your new item—ideally on the same day.

If your exchange relates to a damaged or faulty frame, we’ll collect the original item first, carry out any necessary repairs or replacements, and deliver the updated piece to you directly.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your returned item and completed our quality inspection, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and we’ll notify you by email as soon as it has been processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom or bespoke framed orders
  • Items requested for return after 30 days
  • Gift cards or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs so we can assess the issue and resolve it swiftly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

International Returns

If you’re located outside the UK and wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us first at info@framedsilkscarves.com. Due to the fragile nature and scale of our products, international returns are handled individually to ensure the safest process.
