Trade Loyalty Programme

Our Trade Loyalty Programme is designed to reward our most valued partners. With three tiers offering increasing benefits, your account level is based on cumulative spend over a 12-month period.

Each tier unlocks exclusive perks, early access, and enhanced support to help you get even more from your partnership with us.

  • Bronze

    For trade professionals whose total annual spend is below £3,000 (excluding VAT). Members in this tier will receive a standard trade discount on eligible items.

  • Silver

    For trade professionals whose total annual spend is between £3,000 and £10,000 (excl. VAT). Members in this tier will receive the standard trade discount and an additional 10% discount on eligible items.

  • Gold

    For trade professionals whose total annual spend exceeds £10,000 (excl. VAT). Members in this tier will receive the standard trade discount and an additional 15% discount on eligible items.

What’s your usual turnaround time?

For in-stock pieces, we can often ship immediately. Made-to-order scarves typically take 6–8 weeks, but we’ll fast-track production for trade where possible.
