Shipping & Delivery

Every Framed Silk Scarf is treated with care, precision, and respect—from the moment it leaves our studio to the moment it reaches your home.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery to mainland England and Wales. This service is included in the listed price of each item.

For other UK regions (including Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Islands), please contact our team at info@framedsilkscarves.com and we’ll confirm availability and delivery costs.

Due to the size and fragility of our packages, deliveries are either:

– Hand-delivered by a member of our team
– Or carried out by a trusted fine art handler

This ensures each piece arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Process

Once your order is ready, our team will be in touch to schedule a delivery window. For security reasons:

– All deliveries must be signed for in person
– We do not deliver to PO Boxes or leave parcels unattended
– A preliminary confirmation will be emailed when your order is placed—please double-check your delivery address and let us know immediately if anything needs updating

Once your package is dispatched, we’ll send a second email with tracking details and final delivery arrangements.

Delivery Timeframe

Our framing process typically takes 6–8 weeks from the time of order to dispatch. 

We do have many pieces ready to ship sooner within 2-3 days. 

If you’re working to a specific deadline or require your order more urgently, please contact our team—we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

Rush Delivery

International Delivery

We do ship internationally—but due to the nature of our pieces, we handle these requests individually to ensure safe and secure transport.
