Trade Account Terms & Conditions

Framed Silk Scarves / 2025

These terms apply to all trade accounts registered with Framed Silk Scarves. By signing up or placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

Trade accounts are available to verified design professionals, including interior designers, architects, stylists, and property developers. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All trade pricing is offered ex-VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Loyalty discounts are based on annual spend and are reviewed every 12 months.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment terms are 14 days from invoice unless agreed in writing. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or terms are met. Late payments may affect account status or future discounts.

4. Ownership

Goods remain the property of Framed Silk Scarves until paid for in full.

5. Delivery

Shipping is fully insured. Timelines vary depending on framing specifications and sourcing requirements. Any delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was agreed. Bespoke orders and framed pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Product Loans

Loaned artworks remain the property of Framed Silk Scarves. They must be returned in original condition by the agreed date. Use in press or editorial content requires prior written approval.

8. Resale & Representation

Trade clients may resell framed works to private clients but must not use brand names (e.g. Hermès, Louis Vuitton) in public listings or advertising. We do not permit resale via third-party platforms without consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, descriptions, and framing methods remain the intellectual property of Framed Silk Scarves. Use beyond internal client presentations must be approved in writing.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect loss, project delays, or costs arising from damage, delays, or errors beyond our control.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
